Stoneleigh Mini Spares Show 2006.
The briefest of reports folks. John & I left Littleport at 07:20 and after an uneventful journey and with the assistance of Christopher the voice on Johns Sat-nav system arrived at Stoneleigh exactly 2 hours later. As we had bought advance tickets we went straight in. To me the show was not as packed with people as in previous years when you could hardly move! This meant that we soon got around and bought the items on our buying lists. John's main aim was to buy a set of new wheels which he duly did (very nice too). We saw a couple of friendly faces, Simon Denney from the HAMOC mini club and Jeff Ruggles, Mini Magazine newest reporter. John was persuaded to have his picture taken along with the new set of wheels, so keep an eye open for Jeff's show report next month. By One O'clock and with our shopping done we headed home. Back at Littleport it was decided to fit the new wheels. Out with the trolley jack and within 20 minutes they were fitted. Very smart they look too. That's it folks.
