National Mini Owners Show Stanford Hall - 2006.

Our favorite show of the years is of course the National Mini Owners club which holds this great showing of all things mini and related spares. Stanford Hall is a beautiful house set in the grounds of a country park and is one of the few stately homes which has a river flowing through the grounds. In recent years the show has expanded into the grounds on both sides of the entrance driveway with parking for non minis and as an overflow for late comers to the show. There are also spaces for traders and auto-jumblers The NMOC has its main display in front of the house and is also the location for the Concours area and a whole host of trade stands. The mini clubs are housed further along the track between the river and the house. Some of our club members have been coming to this show since 1994 and the MFU is clocking up its second showing here.

As is tradition with our club the very first thing on the agenda once the stand had been assembled was breakfast and as you well know, hot steaming bacon butties are the standing order of the day, and as usual were absolutely fabulous darlings. For a September Sunday the weather was perfect. Well, that's about it for now folks except to thank The National Mini Owners club and their sponsors for another fabulous show. This is ROVER signing off on behalf of Mini Folk United. Enjoy the pictures everybody.
