Mini & VW show - Knebworth House - 31st May 2010

First off apologies if you were expecting some VW pictures, afraid not I just concentrated on the minis. This was a new venue for us and we liked the mix of Mini and VW vehicles which was something quite different for a car show. As the weather first thing was poor and cold I did not take as many images as I would normally do. In attendance today were, Alan, John, Martin, Kevin and I from the good old MFU. Alan had his sportspak, John with his Clubman saloon and me in the Cooper. Kevin and Martin are both working on their cars so had to use modern cars. I met up with Alan at the Feathers, Wadesmill to take the A602 through to Stevenage as this route is ideal for Mini's especially around Benego with its twisty roads - bootiful. We left at 1:45 just as the sun was starting to break through the low lying clouds, we would have stayed longer but after the show at Fakenham the day before and with work looming tomorrow we were glad to call it a great weekend.This is Maddy signing off on behalf of Mini Folk United.
