Bingley Hall show 2007

06:45am and John picks me up from Littleport for our club trip to Bingley Hall. Tripwise very uneventful but really boring - mile after mile of Motorway with HGV's pulling out in front of you with little or no warning and very, very scary! On the trip today we had Grant and Shaun, Alan and Westley, Cris Jon and myself. We arrived at around 10 O'clock and with our advance tickets in hand were able to bypass the queues waiting outside. Indoors it was already heaving with people and it was quite difficult to move around at times, let alone trying to see what was on offer. My shopping list had only two items which I needed to get, a couple of Yokohama A008 tyres for the mini cooper and two new wiper arms. These were duly found and deposited in John's car. After a quick bite to eat we made our way back into the show again for a more thorough walk round. There were some interesting cars around and some new gadgets with a must buy tag! As we had all managed to get everything on our lists we decided to go early and miss the worst of the traffic on the way back.

This is ROVER signing off for Mini Folk United.
